Seattle Pickle Co.

How can we increase sale of “Seattle Pickle Company” pickles to the people of Seattle.
This is a city of tourism and transplants, and these pickles are homegrown and use the waters of the pudget sound. Their branding plays on this nautical theme so we would like to combine these two facts to promote this product.

We created an installation or addition to a Fauna of the Pacific Northwest 'Sponsored by Seattle Pickle Co' which showcases various seaweeds and plants found in the Puget Sound, as well as Seattle Pickles, painting them as indigenous fauna floating at the top of the tank. This includes a lectern with information about them: a latin name, diet, habitat, migratory pattern. The cylindrical tank would be shaped like a pickle jar and branded at the top.

For our billboard, we wanted to keep with the education theme we presente dwith our exhibition idea. In keeping with that we created an image with pickles jumping out of the water of a river. This is informative because in a city famous for it's Salmon, maybe now they should be famous for it's pickels, because these are local too.

For our merch, we wanted to make it in the spirit of gift shops, as if that's where our attraction is being seen, then that's the market we should cater to-wards. In that spirit we made a shirt, a snowglobe, a pickle scented candle, and a poster. They all play to theme of the Aquarium.
